Have you ever been to visit the Olympic Peninsula? The Olympic National Forest (basically the large green area in the middle of our poster) is famous for its old-growth forest. Several areas are designated as rain forests and draw thousands of visitors every year. The Olympic Peninsula can be reached by ferry (via Port Townsend or Seattle and other terminals as well) or by going the long way round through Olympia. Our poster shows just why the Olympic National Forest was created to save this magnificent area for future generations. |
